On Thursday, April 2, the singer unveiled a high-octane teaser for her upcoming track, “What’s a Girl to Do.” Viewers were quick to spot the 19-year-old daughter of Hollywood icons Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt among the ensemble.
In the thirty-second preview, Shiloh debuts a sharp aesthetic featuring slicked-back hair, an elegant lace top, and a lip ring. She is featured prominently during a choreographed segment, showcasing her rhythmic precision alongside Dayoung and a group of dancers as a driving beat intensifies the scene.
The teaser concludes with the enigmatic phrase, “She makes the first move,” confirming the official music video will premiere on April 7.
According to a spokesperson from Starship Entertainment, Jolie’s participation was the result of a rigorous talent search. Speaking to Maeil Business Newspaper Star Today, the representative explained that open auditions were conducted in the United States to find performers for the production.
“The casting call drew numerous talented individuals, including several members from the dance collective ‘Culture,’” the agency noted. They further clarified that Shiloh’s celebrity lineage played no role in her selection, as she advanced through the final rounds based on her performance alone.
“We were entirely unaware of her family background during production,” the representative added. “It was only recently, and quite by accident, that we discovered her connection to Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt.”
Social media erupted following the teaser’s release, with fans marveling at the uncanny resemblance between Shiloh and her mother. Comments on X (formerly Twitter) praised the teenager’s “commanding presence,” with many observers noting that she has inherited Angelina’s signature features and expressive energy.
