Seven Years Later, Red Dead Redemption 2 Outshines Modern Releases — A Graphics and Physics Comparison with Ghost of Yotei
Sucker Punch’s latest release continues to be compared to a variety of other games.
Shortly after Ghost of Yotei launched, some fans began likening the title to another Japan-set game — Assassin’s Creed Shadows.
Now the creator behind the YouTube channel Realistic GameZ has suggested focusing on a different benchmark: Rockstar Games’ Red Dead Redemption 2, famed for its meticulous attention to detail.
The comparison examined several facets: not only the visuals but also how the game interacts with its environment, the physics systems, and core mechanics.
Even seven years after its release, Red Dead Redemption 2 still manages to impress and, in many respects, surpasses contemporary titles in terms of polish and detail.
