Today’s hotfix removes the Self‑Revive Device from all competitive playlists, a change aimed at balancing ranked and tournament play.
After reviewing the usage data and your feedback, we’ve removed the Self-Revive Device from Ranked Battle Royale and tournaments playlists. 💚

The adjustment follows feedback from competitive players after Chapter 7’s launch. Alongside the Self‑Revive removal from Ranked (which also affects tournament rosters), the hotfix increases Medium Ammo drop rates in standard Battle Royale to improve overall pacing.
Epic also confirmed additional schedule changes for upcoming events:
- The Solo Battle Royale Ranked Cup has been cancelled and will be replaced by the Reload Duos Ranked Cup.
- The Reload Duos Victory Cup has been moved to an earlier time slot.
