SEDAP! A Culinary Adventure coming to consoles in October

The cooperative cooking title SEDAP! A Culinary Adventure will arrive on PS5, Xbox Series, and Nintendo Switch on October 22, the developer Kopiforge announced.

The game launched on PC via Steam on May 22.

SEDAP! combines cooperative cooking with combat elements: two aspiring culinary prodigies set out with a mobile food truck for Khaya Island — a deserted, hazardous place brimming with monsters and mysteries. Players explore the island in search of new recipes and gradually unveil its secrets.

The game features asymmetric two-player co-op: one player manages the kitchen and prepares ingredients, while the other ventures out to gather resources and battle monsters. Together they traverse the island’s varied biomes, prepare beloved Southeast Asian dishes — pineapple fried rice, Hainanese chicken rice, banh mi, bubble tea and more — and fill the Makanomicon culinary compendium, revealing hidden secrets and unlocking rewards.

Gathered resources can be used to upgrade equipment, weapons, and kitchen tools to better face the island’s upcoming trials.
