Fans have taken note of actor Sebastian Stan’s appearance following a recent insider report.

A new photo has surfaced online showing Sebastian Stan with a completely shaved head. The snapshot has reignited discussions about the actor’s rumored role in The Batman Part II.

Stan was initially linked to the role of Harvey Dent. However, insider Jeff Sneider reported in June that Stan will play serial killer Victor Zsasz, while the role of the future Two-Face went to Brian Tyree Henry.

For now, the information should be considered a rumor. Warner Bros. has not disclosed the roles of the new cast members. The studio has only confirmed the return of Robert Pattinson, Jeffrey Wright, Andy Serkis, Colin Farrell, Jayme Lawson, and Gil Perez-Abraham to their familiar roles.

Furthermore, Stan originally shaved his head for a role in the thriller Fjord, and a short haircut might also be necessary for complex makeup application, meaning the new photo by itself does not confirm the appearance of Zsasz.

Stan himself recently shared that he prepares for a mysterious role by studying a character’s background, environment, and motivations:

“Whether it’s a real person or a fictional character, you always have to do the research. All of these figures have a reason explaining why they ended up where they are. Finding that reason has the strongest influence on the performance.”

Filming for The Batman Part II is already underway. Alongside Stan, Scarlett Johansson, Charles Dance, Sebastian Koch, and Brian Tyree Henry have joined the cast. The film is scheduled to premiere on February 18, 2028.
