Scam Game “Wukong: Legacy Reborn” Found on PS Store — Not Affiliated with Black Myth: Wukong

Another scam has surfaced on the PS Store that confuses players by imitating a popular title. Many are asking whether Wukong: Legacy Reborn has any connection to Black Myth: Wukong or if it’s a DLC — it does not.

A look at the game’s page might lead you to think it’s linked to Black Myth. The cover image appears to be copied directly from Game Science’s original, and the name strongly implies a connection to the well-known project.

It’s evident that “Md Adnan Hossain” is not a legitimate developer or publisher. Games such as Sex Shop Simulator and Operation Sci‑Fi: Hentai Girls have been released under that name. Less experienced players could easily be misled.

Wukong: Legacy Reborn is currently only on users’ Wishlists, so the scammers haven’t yet taken anyone’s money. Don’t be swayed by the listed 2027 release date — these kinds of titles can appear suddenly and immediately attract attention by mimicking famous projects.

The game seems to have appeared in the PS Store a couple of weeks ago. The only question is when Sony will notice it.
