Royal Trux have rescheduled their upcoming North American tour dates “due to some unresolved issue arising from a past arrest,” based on a press launch. The press launch explains: “Jennifer [Herrema] is extremely grateful that she is not going to be spending any time in jail, and in her personal phrases, states: ‘Shit could definitely be worse.’”
Royal Trux’s exhibits had been set for February and March. The new dates haven’t but been introduced, however they’re slated to take happen this spring, based on the press launch. Purchased tickets might be honored for the brand new dates.
Jennifer Herrema has mentioned authorized points previously. She informed The Guardian in 2014, “When I first moved to California, I got arrested, had to do community service. Up at 5, cleaning the riverbed, pulling out all this crazy shit.” Pitchfork has contacted Royal Trux’s representatives for extra info.
On March 1, Royal Trux will launch White Stuff, their first new document since 2000’s Pound for Pound.
