Rockstar and Take-Two Close Two Studios

As part of the program to lay off 5% of its workforce, Take-Two Interactive will shut down two studios within the publisher Private Division, founded seven years ago to release small and medium-sized games.
The first one, Intercept Games, is located in Seattle, USA. It was established in February 2020 specifically to work on Kerbal Space Program 2. Fans of the game are concerned about the future of the space flight simulator, despite the publisher’s assurances that KSP 2 will not be abandoned.
The second one is Rollingmedia Limited, also known as Roll7, based in London. Founded in 2008, it joined Private Division in November 2021. Over 16 years, it has developed more than ten projects, among them the OlliOlli series and the video game Rollerdrome.
