Rihanna on How Her Style Changed After Becoming a Mom: ‘I Wanted Skirts With a Little Bump’

Rihanna may be a global phenomenon and a titan of the beauty industry, but she remains grounded in the relatable realities of motherhood. While attending Dior’s Haute Couture Spring/Summer show during Paris Fashion Week, the superstar shared a candid sentiment regarding how her wardrobe choices have evolved since expanding her family.
In a featured TikTok interview, the “Diamonds” singer discussed her search for specific silhouettes after welcoming three children with her longtime partner, A$AP Rocky. The 37-year-old mother—who shares sons RZA and Riot, and infant daughter Rocki, with the rapper—noted her affinity for designs that accommodate her post-baby physique. “I was drawn to the coats and the skirts with that specific volume at the midsection because I’ve got a bit of a pouch now, and I actually love that look,” she remarked.
Beyond the garments, Rihanna praised the meticulous artistry of the house. “The accessories were breathtaking—from the footwear to the jewelry, everything felt deliberate and wonderfully imaginative. It was a truly captivating presentation,” she added, highlighting the whimsical nature of the collection.
While the couple is currently settling in with their newest arrival, Rihanna recently sparked speculation about further expanding their brood. Responding to a playful social media post by Love Island star Montana Rose Brown—who was debating between a “sexy 2026” or a “pregnant 2026″—Rihanna quipped, “Wait! So I’m not crazy then? Bet!”
The couple has been inseparable since 2019, and Rocky recently waxed lyrical about how their relationship has fundamentally shifted his perspective. Speaking on a recent podcast, the rapper revealed that his mother had championed a union with the Fenty mogul for years before they officially began dating. “A woman will change your entire life, especially a true companion,” Rocky noted. “Being with her took my blindfold off. We’re on the same page, born the same year, and we share so many cultural similarities. She’s always been my person.”
