Rick Ross has introduced a brand new ebook, as Entertainment Weekly notes. Ross’ memoir known as Hurricanes and it comes out September 3 (by way of Hannover Square Press). Ross wrote Hurricanes in collaboration with Neil Martinez-Belkin, who co-wrote The Autobiography of Gucci Mane. A press launch states:
