Release of Death Stranding 2 Delayed to June Due to GTA 6
The day after tomorrow (and for those who pre-ordered the deluxe edition — tomorrow), June 26, the release of Death Stranding 2: On the Beach will take place. Is it strange that the anticipated PS5 exclusive is releasing in the summer, while the first part debuted in the fall? No, considering that the release date was announced in early March, even before it was known that GTA 6 would be postponed from the fall to the following spring.
The creator of the video game, Hideo Kojima, who years earlier praised GTA 5, mentioned in May on his radio show that he wanted to release DS 2 in September.
