Fionna and Cake Season 2: Release Schedule, Story and Cast

Season 2 of Adventure Time: Fionna and Cake premiered on HBO Max on October 23, 2025. The season contains ten episodes, released one per week through December 25, 2025; the complete run is now listed in the HBO Max catalog.

Fionna and Cake are back in their non-magical city after the multiverse journey of the first season. Their attempt to resume ordinary life intersects with events in Ooo when Huntress Wizard begins a dangerous quest whose consequences can reach both worlds.

Madeleine Martin returns as Fionna, Roz Ryan as Cake and Ashly Burch as Huntress Wizard. Tom Kenny, Jeremy Shada, Olivia Olson, Kumail Nanjiani, Harvey Guillén, Manny Jacinto, Anna Akana, Dee Bradley Baker, Maria Bamford and Matthew Broderick are among the recurring voice cast.

Adam Muto remains showrunner and executive producer. Fred Seibert and Sam Register also serve as executive producers, and Cartoon Network Studios produces the series.
