Pre-orders open for JoyToy White Scars Contemptor Dreadnought figure

Devotees of the Warhammer: The Horus Heresy saga and avid collectors can look forward to a stunning 22.5 cm White Scars Contemptor Dreadnought figure this year, fully equipped with its iconic power fist and melta cannon.

JoyToy has unveiled another treat for White Scars enthusiasts within the Warhammer: The Horus Heresy universe. Pre-orders are now officially open for the Contemptor Dreadnought—a formidable cybernetic sarcophagus designed to sustain a mortally wounded Space Marine in the heart of battle.

Thanks to a current promotional discount, the walker is priced at $102. This premium collectible stands 22.5 cm tall and spans 16 cm in width, featuring high-fidelity recreations of its heavy armament.

Constructed from a blend of high-quality ABS and PVC materials, the figure is expected to begin shipping in May 2026.

The Contemptor’s sophisticated systems share much in common with the battle automata of the Legio Cybernetica. At its core lies a powerful atomantic arc reactor, which provides the machine with superior agility and raw power while projecting a signature defensive energy field.

While devastating on the battlefield, the Contemptor pattern requires significantly more intensive technical maintenance than other models. Tragically, any critical damage to the reactor during an engagement often results in the total, explosive annihilation of the walker.
