The Fortnite Winter Royale qualifiers are over, and a few of the game’s high streamers did not nab a spot within the finals.
Last week, Epic Games introduced the Fortnite Winter Royale Online Tournament with $1 million in prizes up for grabs. The qualifiers passed off over the weekend, and a few well-liked streamers didn’t make it into the highest 200 of their respective areas.
Dot Esports reviews that Turner “Tfue” Tenney, Daequan “Daequan” Loco, Ali “SypherPK” Hassan, Nick “NICKMERCS” Kolcheff, and Benjamin “DrLupo” Lupo all did not qualify, whereas Twitch Fortnite favorite, Tyler “Ninja” Blevins, managed to attain 29, bagging 150th place and a spot within the finals.
As Dot Esports factors out, gamers who didn’t make it via should get a second probability. In order to be eligible for the finals gamers should be aged 16 or over, and fill out an Eligibility Survey that must be permitted by Epic.
This might liberate quite a lot of areas, and transfer gamers who have been near qualifying up the ranks.
The European finals run from November 30 – December 1, and the North American occasion takes place on December 11 and December 12.
