Petition #SaveRedDeadOnline Gains Momentum

In the summer of 2021, the last themed expansion for Red Dead Online was released. As it later became known, the developers working on the multiplayer western were transferred to another project — GTA 6. However, not everyone was pleased with the decision to work exclusively on the most anticipated video game in history. Fans of RDO expressed their dissatisfaction and drew attention to the creators by launching the #SaveRedDeadOnline campaign.

And after a couple of years, the community has become active once again, showing their love for “Online” and seemingly still hoping for some reaction from Rockstar Games. Perhaps the reason was renewed interest in the game that emerged this year. Unlike the previous attempt three years ago, the new petition can already be considered successful. In just under two weeks, the number of signatures surpassed 8,000.

But to be honest, this is unlikely to contribute to the resumption of work on global updates for Red Dead Online.
