Patch 1.7.0

Greetings, Traders!

We are thrilled to roll out Patch 1.7.0, a major update featuring a completely redesigned Hiring Tab. This patch introduces long-awaited features such as Employee Leveling, a reimagined Boost mechanism, and the ability to assign custom names to your staff.

As always, this release also packs numerous bug fixes and quality-of-life enhancements inspired directly by your valuable feedback. We will continue to keep a close eye on your reports and swiftly address any issues that arise.

New Features & Highlights

Redesigned Hiring Tab

The Hiring menu has undergone a complete overhaul to seamlessly integrate our brand-new employee progression system, dynamic wage scaling, and upgraded Boost mechanics.

While retaining the intuitive layout you already know, the interface is now significantly cleaner, more legible, and vastly superior for workforce management. You can effortlessly monitor crucial staff statistics—including current levels, wages, and active boosts—all from a single, centralized dashboard.

Revamped Boost System

We have completely restructured how employee boosting works. Boosts are now configured directly within the Hiring tab and remain active continuously until you decide to alter their intensity.

Each boost tier carries a fixed daily rate, but your expenses scale dynamically based on the exact amount of active in-game time your staff spends boosted. Fine-tuning an employee’s performance is now as simple as adjusting their dedicated Boost bar, with associated wage costs displayed transparently in real time.

Personalized Employee Names

Your team members are no longer nameless faces! You can now assign custom nicknames to any employee straight from the Hiring tab. This makes organizing your crew much simpler while giving your supermarket staff a bit more individuality and charm.
