Thank you for your tremendous support during the multiplayer launch. We’ve been carefully reviewing your reports and feedback — this first hotfix addresses several of the most pressing issues players experienced.

Changelog

• Resolved an intermittent connection error on macOS.
• Fixed multiple UI problems affecting ultrawide displays.
• Corrected a bug that could cause saves to revert to an older backup. Note: saves that have already reverted cannot be recovered.
• Added a clear error message when attempting to join rooms created on a different platform.
• Fixed an issue where selecting “New Game” with only one save slot available could load an existing save instead of creating a new one.
• Restored compatibility so older save files load correctly.
• Fixed crosshair customization so settings apply reliably.

Reminder: Multiplayer does not currently support cross-platform play.
