Back in 2015, the Walkmen’s Hamilton Leithauser and Paul Maroon collaborated on an album titled Dear God, which they launched completely on vinyl and distributed through Leithauser’s Etsy store. Now, in an identical vein, Maroon has introduced a brand new 7″ vinyl single, that includes a brand new tune along with his outdated bandmate Leithauser (“The One That Got Away”) in addition to a collaboration with Animal Collective’s Panda Bear (“I Don’t Need a Crowd”). Find it through his Etsy store here. It ships March 15.
Hamilton Leithauser’s most up-to-date album I Had a Dream That You Were Mine was a collaborative effort with former Vampire Weekend member Rostam. Panda Bear lately launched his sixth solo effort, Buoys.
