Report of Seeker Ochre.
In open confrontation, the Brotherhood has retained key positions: the Waderkvarn laboratory in the red rocks, the “Stratofort Components” plant, and the “Gates of the Valley”. However, most of the production or otherwise valuable facilities were practically destroyed as a result of the long battles, which partially continue to this day. The stocks of weapons, parts and other resources located there have also been depleted. A lot of it was taken out by Stevo and his Ravens in the early stages of the conflict, some of it was claimed as trophies by the survivors attracted to the conflict, and the rest was used by the military forces to replenish their losses. It is impossible to estimate the time frame in which the Brotherhood will be able to rebuild what has been destroyed. The efforts of the Scavengers alone will not be enough for projects of this magnitude, especially considering SCAR AB’s personal interests. It’s highly likely that Eric Stahl will seek help from the Founders, whose resources are already involved in the operations of Engineers against the Ravagers. As a result, the leadership of the Brotherhood has a low estimation of the major’s success in this war, which may further shift the balance of power among the Steppenwolfs toward Captain Hughes.
For the Khaganate, the situation is even more dire. Many Lunatic gangs have been trapped in the Valley and, apparently, are now operating independently. Among them is Hekla, the former leader of the groups that were previously conducting raids deep into Brotherhood territory. Left without control, they continue to carry out robberies and raider attacks, but now against all the inhabitants of the Valley without distinction. Most of the Firestarter shamans, however, managed to escape through the back to the Khan’s headquarters through the “Gates of the Valley”. There is little information about what is happening there, but it appears that the Khaganate is once again gathering the gangs into one massive horde. And next time, Khan may personally unleash his wrath on the Valley.
To summarize, I would like to note that the previous conclusions turn out to be correct — this war was more beneficial to those who did not participate in it. The Ravens turned out to be its main beneficiaries, and they intend to leave the Valley once again, avoiding any possible retaliation. The Syndicate, having lost the “Sanctuary,” continues to entrench themselves in the abandoned cities, but have not taken active action yet. The Mentor and the Hyperboreans, who have already declared the inability of the Brotherhood and the Khaganate to restore order and ensure security, are taking full advantage of the situation. The former exile is actively building up his forces and, apparently, is preparing for future conflicts, as evidenced by…
