The nominees for Best Original Song on the 91st Academy Awards have been introduced. Kendrick Lamar and SZA (“All the Stars” from Black Panther), Lady Gaga (“Shallow” from A Star Is Born), and extra are up for the award. Find the record of nominees beneath.

Notable exclusions from the shortlist embody Thom Yorke (“Suspirium”), Sampha (“Treasure”), Troye Sivan & Jónsi (“Revelation”), and Sade (“The Big Unknown”). The rating for Black Panther (by Ludwig Göranson) was nominated for Best Original Score.

Recent Oscar winners for Best Original Song embody Coco’s “Remember Me,” La La Land’s “City of Stars,” and Sam Smith’s Spectre theme. “Shallow” received the Best Original Song Golden Globe earlier this month.
