Oasis wrapped their 2025 Australian tour on November 8, concluding a five-show stadium run in Melbourne and Sydney that attracted more than 320,000 fans. The reunion brought the Britpop icons back to large-scale live stages with remarkable turnout across all dates.

The itinerary included three sold-out nights at Melbourne’s Marvel Stadium and two nights at Sydney’s Accor Stadium, making it one of the most heavily attended rock tours in Australia this year and underscoring the band’s enduring appeal.

“Thanks for putting up with us. We know we were arseholes sometimes,” Liam Gallagher told the Sydney crowd. “Your support has put us back on the map. Respect! You’ve got a lovely f***ing country. See you again.”

The tour’s impact extended beyond music: seismic instruments monitored by local seismologists reportedly registered tremors during several performances — a known effect when huge crowds stomp and sing together.

Melbourne institution Cherry Bar credited the shows with sparking a revival in the city’s nightlife. Owner James Young called the weekend the venue’s biggest on record and praised the band for energizing the local scene.

Organizers reported only isolated incidents, including a fan who launched flares during the opening night, and said the overall reception to the concerts was overwhelmingly positive.

Coverage of the first Melbourne performance highlighted an explosive setlist opener — beginning with “Hello,” moving into “Acquiesce” and “Morning Glory” — and noted Liam’s greeting to the crowd of roughly 58,000: “Did you miss us? Because we missed you.” Among attendees were Tina Arena and Jelly Roll.

Critics and fans alike described the run as a triumphant return, with many praising the emotional release and communal singalongs the shows inspired.

Following Australia, Oasis will continue the tour in South America with scheduled dates in Argentina, Chile and Brazil before carrying their global itinerary into 2026.
