NVIDIA Releases Driver 581.80 with DLSS 4 Support for Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 and Vulkan Fixes

NVIDIA has released the Game Ready Driver 581.80, delivering improved performance, enhanced stability, and full DLSS 4 support for several major upcoming titles.

The update refines the experience in Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, adding support for DLSS Frame Generation and DLSS Super Resolution. It also boosts performance in F1 25 and extends Game Ready optimizations to Anno 117: Pax Romana and Europa Universalis V with DLSS Super Resolution support.

The driver addresses critical issues, including Vulkan crashes affecting older Intel Core 2 Duo and Core 2 Quad CPUs. Simultaneously, NVIDIA upgraded the NVIDIA App to version 11.0.5, introducing new optimal profiles for popular games, expanded DLSS functionality for legacy titles, and a range of stability and usability fixes.

Highlights include DLSS 4 tuning for Call of Duty: Black Ops 7; DLSS Super Resolution for Anno 117: Pax Romana and Europa Universalis V; and higher F1 25 performance when using DLSS Frame Generation. Vulkan crashes on Core 2 Duo/Quad systems have been fixed, and optimal presets were added for Battlefield 6, Dying Light: The Beast, EA SPORTS FC 26, Jump Space, Lost Soul Aside, NBA 2K26, and SILENT HILL f. DLSS Override support was also introduced for 11 games, including Alien: Rogue Incursion and SUPER PEOPLE.

Stability has been improved, issues with Game Filters and Photo Mode toggles have been resolved, and DLSS statistics now display correctly.
