“Not cool”: Nikita Buyanov named Tarkov’s first escapee — the web showed a not-so-great ending to Escape from Tarkov
The developers included multiple possible endings for Escape from Tarkov’s story.
In November the full Escape from Tarkov 1.0 launched, and players were finally given the opportunity to leave the ill-fated city.
The head of Battlestate Games in early December announced the first person to escape Tarkov — it was Tigz, a figure well known within the EFT community.
However, Nikita Buyanov pointed out that this wasn’t the most impressive outcome:
He did it! That said, it’s the worst ending… not very impressive.
He later corrected the post — actually, it turned out to be a neutral ending:
Sorry! Not the worst, but not a good one either.
Tigz posted his full run and the final cutscene from Escape from Tarkov. As rewards he received a main menu background, a token, a Hideout theme, a poster, and an armband.
