While waiting for DotEmu to deign to give us the precise release date of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge (we only know that it’s coming this summer), the French studio is sharing a new video behind the scenes of the game’s production. This time Here, it was Frederic Gemus (Game Designer at Tribute Games) and Jonathan Lavigne (co-founder of Tribute Games and game director on the game) who got ready for the making of exercise, giving us some anecdotes about the game and their experience too. Of course, we learn that they grew up with the series and that Konami games in the 80s marked their childhood. It is also an opportunity to show us new gameplay sequences, and to discover for the first time the map of the game, on which we will circulate to unlock each level. Like most of the platformers of yesteryear (and today too), we navigate in aerial view and at the wheel of the truck fighting ninja turtles. We also learn that the game will include no less than 20 bosses in total and this video allows us to see some of them, with their patterns in addition. In short, it can be tasted endlessly and we can’t wait to play the game.
