Nicki Minaj is further solidifying her alliance with the Donald Trump administration, confirming her participation in an upcoming high-profile summit focused on the national rollout of “Trump Accounts.”

On Saturday, the hip-hop icon took to X (formerly Twitter) to amplify the official announcement for the event, which is scheduled for Wednesday at the Mellon Auditorium in Washington, D.C. Headlined by President Trump and Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, the summit serves as the formal introduction to a new personal retirement savings framework established under the “One Big Beautiful Bill Act.”

In a follow-up post, the “Pink Friday” rapper expressed her enthusiasm for the initiative, joining a guest list that includes Shark Tank investor Kevin O’Leary, Curb Your Enthusiasm actress Cheryl Hines, Texas Senator Ted Cruz, and White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt.

“The true meaning of paying it forward,” Minaj shared with her followers. “Early financial literacy and financial support for our children will give them a major head start in life. In some cases, they will end up teaching their very own parents how to invest and what to invest in.” She concluded by stating the initiative “makes me very happy.”

Minaj has remained steadfast in her support of Trump’s platform throughout his current term, frequently doubling down on her political leanings despite significant public discourse. Following a recent appearance at a Turning Point USA event alongside Erika Kirk, the artist—who was born in Trinidad—faced a viral petition calling for her deportation, which garnered tens of thousands of signatures.

Her political involvement has also sparked recent controversy in the media. Earlier this month, she drew sharp criticism for a social media outburst directed at independent journalist Don Lemon during his coverage of ICE-related protests in Minneapolis. Furthermore, in November, Minaj addressed a United Nations gathering, where she lauded Trump for highlighting the persecution of Christians in Nigeria.
