Muay Thai master Joe Higashi to be added to Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves this fall

Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves has revived SNK’s once-renowned series, which had long lingered in the shadow of franchises like Tekken, SoulCalibur, Mortal Kombat, and Street Fighter.

The studio opted to resurrect the classic name, and the April launch proved successful: critics say Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves has emerged as a strong new entry for SNK alongside The King of Fighters.

SNK is continuing active development on the game. This autumn another fighter will join the roster — Muay Thai master Joe Higashi, whom the developers describe as one of the most powerful characters in the game and a welcome complement to the existing lineup.

The team released a video highlighting Joe Higashi’s signature strikes and techniques. The character will be added across all platforms where Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves is available — PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, and PC.
