Phil Elverum has introduced a Mount Eerie tour with reveals coming in May and June. At these reveals, he says he’ll carry out new songs from an in-progress album. For the May reveals within the U.S. he says the band might be a duo: “I’m growing concerned that we may be already too tight as a band.” Find the tour dates under and ticket information here.
The Chicago date features a dialog with Hrishikesh Hirway. The Brussels dates are in celebration of Harry Smith’s a hundredth birthday and embody movie screenings and a chat with Elverum. His most up-to-date document as Mount Eerie was Lost Wisdom Pt. 2, a 2019 collaborative LP with Julie Doiron.
