Mark Gerhard, currently steering the helm at Build A Rocket Boy while founder Leslie Benzies remains on leave, has issued a new official statement. His message paints a somber picture for the community and the developers currently working on MindsEye.
The executive announced that the company is facing another wave of layoffs, following the workforce reductions reported last year. Gerhard expressed his gratitude to those being let go and committed to assisting them in securing new employment opportunities during this transition.
Furthermore, Gerhard addressed previous allegations of internal sabotage (referenced in earlier reports here and here). However, he refrained from disclosing fresh evidence, stating that providing specific details is impossible while the matter remains subject to ongoing legal proceedings.
