Middle-earth: Shadow Bundle Announced for Switch 2

The compilation launches in September.

Aspyr has announced the Middle-earth: Shadow Bundle for Nintendo Switch 2, which includes two games set in the Lord of the Rings universe: Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor Game of the Year Edition and Middle-earth: Shadow of War Definitive Edition. The release is scheduled for September 30.

Preorders are open now. Before launch, the bundle is available for $34.99, which is a 50% discount off the base price of $69.99. Both games will also be available for separate purchase.

Shadow of Mordor and Shadow of War previously launched on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, while the first title also released on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor Game of the Year Edition includes the base game and additional content: the Guardians of the Flaming Eye, Lord of the Hunt, and The Bright Lord story missions, along with extra Warband challenges, runes, and skins.

Middle-earth: Shadow of War Definitive Edition includes all previously released downloadable content. These additions feature the Desolation of Mordor and Blade of Galadriel story expansions, as well as the Slaughter Tribe and Outlaw Tribe Nemesis expansions. They introduce new characters, orc tribes, missions, enemies, followers, abilities, weapons, fortress and open-world updates, and legendary gear sets.
