Mechabellum Adds Casual Mode After Two Years

Mechabellum Adds Casual Mode After Two Years

Popular features are being introduced to the game gradually.

Game River continues to develop Mechabellum. The autobattler recently launched its fifth season.

Responding to community requests, the developers have added a “casual” mode. Players can now play 1v1 matches without losing rating:

“As with games like StarCraft II, players in both casual and ranked queues share the same matchmaking pool, and previous analysis has shown this does not lead to a significant increase in MMR.”

  • Seasonal rewards can still be earned in casual mode.
  • Casual mode is not available for 2v2 matches.

In addition, the Fire Badger unit has been reworked. The full patch notes are available at this link.
