Max Payne Mobile Fixed for Android
Earlier this month, Max Payne for Android received a surprise update, version 2.1.131. This marks the first technical refresh the title has seen since 2019, specifically designed to resolve compatibility hurdles that hindered performance on contemporary mobile hardware.
Following the release, many fans speculated that the noir-inspired shooter was being prepped for integration into the GTA+ subscription catalog. However, those theories were largely sidelined yesterday when GTA 5 made its debut on the service instead. That said, a future arrival for Max Payne within the platform remains a distinct possibility, particularly as anticipation builds around the upcoming full-scale remake of the classic franchise.
