Former member of Paradigm’s music executive leadership group Matt Galle is headed to CAA. Galle has joined CAA’s music touring department along with agents Mike Marquis and Rachel Pestik.
Galle worked at Paradigm for 12 years with a client roster that included Shawn Mendes, Bruno Mars, My Chemical Romance, Halsey, FUN., Janet Jackson, Missy Elliott, Kesha, Gucci Mane, T-Pain, Taking Back Sunday, LAUV, Austin Mahone, Andy Grammar, Alec Benjamin, Why Don’t We, and Charli XCX.
Galle has twice been listed among Billboard’s Power Players and Billboard’s 40 under 40 and is also the founder and CEO of Photo Finish Records (PFR), an indie label created in 2006. In 2000, he co-founded The Kenmore Agency in Boston and co-founded the legendary Bamboozle Music Festival, which ran from 2003 to 2012.
“I have looked up to and respected a lot of the folks at CAA for the past two decades and so it is a pleasure to finally join the team,” Galle said in a release. “Mike, Rachel, and I are thrilled to start this next chapter in CAA’s New York office, making our mark and walking in the door with new artists Bella Poarch, jxdn, and Nessa Barrett, with more to come.”
Marquis and Pestik also come to CAA from Paradigm. Marquis was most recently a music agent and COO at Photo Finish Records. He has also been on Billboard’s 40 under 40 list and has worked with artists including Bleachers, All Time Low, and Bishop Briggs. He is also a partner in this summer’s Sad Summer Festival featuring All Time Low and The Maine.
Pestik has worked with Hayley Kiyoko, Of Monsters And Men, half●alive, Emo Nite LA, Taking Back Sunday, and Muna. Galle, Marquis, and Pestik will be based in CAA’s New York office.
