Among the highlights unveiled at Summer Game Fest 2026 was Man of Honor, an expansive narrative DLC for Mafia: The Old Country, slated for release on August 14.
While official pricing remains unconfirmed, the expansion’s dedicated Steam page suggests it will likely be a premium offering rather than a complimentary update. Please note that the base game is mandatory to access this new content.
Set during the winter of 1905, the narrative picks up shortly after Enzo Favara’s formal induction into the Torrisi crime syndicate. Alongside his associate Cesare, Enzo is tasked with assisting a familiar face: Ennio Salieri—the iconic Don from Mafia: The City of Lost Heaven and Mafia: Definitive Edition—as he attempts to secure his position and reclaim his legacy following his release from prison.
Developer Hangar 13 has confirmed that this expansion will bolster the game with two original story chapters, uncharted locations, and an arsenal of new weapons and vehicles. Furthermore, Free Ride mode is receiving a significant update, bringing fresh challenges, jobs, hidden secrets, and unique collectibles to discover.
Beyond the game content, the development team is encouraging the community to join the official Mafia Discord server to stay connected.
