Mafia: The Old Country Details Preload, 60 FPS, and System Requirements

Players who pre-ordered Mafia: The Old Country on Xbox Series X/S can now begin preloading the game, which has a download size of 41.34 GB. On PS5, preloading will become available on Tuesday, August 5.

The developers announced the PC system requirements along with a list of technical features:

Community discussions about whether the game would support 60 fps on consoles prompted an official response from the developers. They confirmed that Mafia: The Old Country will feature two modes on PS5 and Xbox Series X:

• Quality Mode (higher resolution, enhanced visual fidelity),
• Performance Mode (60 frames per second).

Players can play the new Mafia offline on all platforms. An internet connection is only required once during the initial launch on PC and for downloading patches.
