On Thursday (Aug. 6), the iconic duo dropped the “Love Sensation (Afterhours Radio Edit)” and the “Love Sensation (Afterhours Mix).” Both tracks are fresh interpretations of the standout single featured on Madonna’s critically acclaimed July studio album, Confessions II.

Crafted by the album’s producer Stuart Price, the remixes offer two distinct sonic experiences. The “Afterhours Radio Edit” preserves much of the original’s atmospheric charm while seamlessly integrating Minogue into the second verse. Her vocal delivery mirrors and enhances Madonna’s tone with remarkable precision. Clocking in at three minutes and 35 seconds, this version is a tight, radio-friendly cut.

Conversely, the “Afterhours Mix” takes listeners on a hypnotic, high-energy journey. Price constructs a simmering, driving groove before introducing Madonna’s commanding vocals, extending the bridge into an immersive, pulsing soundscape. Layers of Minogue’s vocals weave through celestial, repeating samples, driven forward by urgent percussion until the track explodes into pure dancefloor euphoria at the five-minute and 15-second mark. The extended mix boasts a total runtime of six minutes and 14 seconds.
