Madison Beer Announces New Album Locket, Due January 16, 2026

• Epic Records

Madison Beer has set a release date for her forthcoming record, Locket. The pop artist announced on Instagram on October 22, 2025 that the album will arrive on January 16, 2026 through Epic Records, and she shared the project’s cover art — a portrait of Beer holding a gold, heart-shaped locket.

In her Instagram post she expressed disbelief and excitement about finally sharing the project, encouraged fans to pre-order (link in bio), and called the album the most meaningful work she’s released to date. In an accompanying press statement she explained that the songs feel like they live “within this metaphorical locket for safekeeping,” describing the record as a distinct chapter in her artistic journey.

The album follows a run of singles that preview Locket’s sound: the playful “Yes Baby,” the wistful “Bittersweet” and the intimate “Make You Mine.” Beer also directed and released a new video for “Bittersweet” on October 20, 2025, which features scenes of her dodging paparazzi and a cameo by actor Sean Kaufman from The Summer I Turned Pretty.

In a profile published the same day, Beer told Vogue that Locket captures a contrast of moods — upbeat tracks that still carry emotional weight — calling the record “a real roller coaster.”

This month has been busy for Beer beyond the studio: she made her Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show debut on October 15, 2025 in Brooklyn, performing selections including “Bittersweet” and “Make You Mine.”

Locket follows Beer’s 2023 LP, Silence Between Songs, which was released in September 2023 and reached No. 86 on the Billboard 200; that project also earned a Grammy nomination in the Best Immersive Audio Album category.
