Fans hoping to see P!nk take the stage at the GNP Seguros Stadium this spring will have to wait a bit longer. Promoter Ocesa officially announced on Friday, March 6, that the pop icon’s two scheduled performances in Mexico City have been canceled.

The “So What” singer isn’t the only artist affected; shows by regional Mexican vocalist Carolina Ross and rapper Lucho SSJ were also scrapped. However, Ocesa clarified that while the timing is similar, the cancellations are unrelated to one another.

In a statement shared across social media, the promoter explained that the performances—originally set for April 26 and 27—were undone by “complications arising from unforeseen circumstances that affect the logistics of the event.” They further noted that the situation was “beyond the control of the artist, the promoter, and the venue.”

The news is particularly disappointing for local fans, as these dates were meant to mark P!nk’s first appearance on a Mexican stage in over two decades. “We understand how much fans were looking forward to these concerts, and we deeply appreciate their understanding,” Ocesa stated.

Refund Information for Ticket Holders

For those who secured their spots through Ticketmaster Mexico, the refund process will be relatively seamless. Ocesa confirmed that digital purchasers would receive a full refund, including service fees, automatically credited to the card used during the transaction. Timelines for these credits will depend on individual banking institutions.

Fans who purchased physical tickets at the stadium or venue box offices are advised to return to the original point of sale in the coming days to request their money back.

Other Affected Performances

The wave of cancellations also hit Carolina Ross’s May 2 show at the Teatro Metropólitan. Ocesa cited “unforeseen logistical circumstances” for this decision as well. Digital tickets will be refunded automatically, while box office refunds for Ross’s show will begin processing on March 12.

Similarly, Lucho SSJ’s performance at Foro Puebla was called off for “logistical reasons.” As with the other artists, automatic refunds are being triggered for online buyers, while box office customers can seek reimbursements starting this Friday.
