This song is me diving into murky emotions of anxiety and doubt in the middle of love and joy.”
Violet Street is the follow-up to Local Natives’ 2016 LP Sunlit Youth. The new album is produced by Shawn Everett, who lately earned a 2019 Grammy Award for Album of the Year for his contributions to Kacey Musgraves’ Golden Hour.
