Distribution company Vereteno is set to bring Lars von Trier’s provocative thriller, The House That Jack Built, back to Russian cinemas for a special re-release.
The film is scheduled to return to the big screen on April 23. Featuring a cast that includes Matt Dillon, Uma Thurman, Bruno Ganz, and Riley Keough, the narrative delves into the mind of Jack, a ruthless serial killer who perceives his gruesome atrocities as sophisticated works of art.
The psychological thriller originally debuted out of competition at the 2018 Cannes Film Festival. To date, it remains the most recent feature-length project in von Trier’s directorial career.
