Is a wedding date finally on the calendar for Lady Gaga and her fiancé, Michael Polansky? It certainly seems so, according to the pop icon herself.

During a recent appearance on Bruno Mars’ iHeart Radio program, “Romantic Radio,” on Friday (March 6), the “Bad Romance” singer dropped a significant hint that her nuptials are fast approaching. In a pre-recorded audio message shared during the livestream, Gaga vocalized her excitement about the next chapter of her life.

“Hi, Bruno. My fiancé and I have spent the better part of the year traveling, but we’re actually getting married very soon,” Gaga revealed. “We were hoping you might be able to curate a special track for our big day.”

Mars, recognizing the voice immediately, responded with a warm smile, “I know that voice anywhere. That is my dear friend, Lady Gaga.”

Offering his expert musical consultation, Mars suggested a standout track from his latest project. “If you’re searching for the perfect dedication for your husband, I’d point you toward ‘Risk It All,’ the opening track of my new record,” he said. “I’m dedicating this one to Gaga and Michael—this is for both of you.”

The recommendation comes on the heels of Mars’ fourth studio effort, The Romantic, which debuted on February 27. It marks his first full-length solo release since 2016’s 24K Magic and features the chart-topping hit “I Just Might,” which secured his tenth Number One on the Billboard Hot 100.

A Timeline of Their Romance

Gaga and Polansky, a prominent tech entrepreneur, have been an item since early 2020. After making their relationship public on Instagram shortly after the Super Bowl that year, Gaga was quick to describe him as the “love of her life.”

The couple’s engagement became public knowledge in July 2024 during the Summer Olympics in Paris, where Gaga was overheard introducing Polansky as her “fiancé” to French Prime Minister Gabriel Attal. Their connection extends beyond their personal lives as well; Polansky is credited as a co-writer on seven tracks from Gaga’s 2025 chart-topping album, MAYHEM.

While the exact date remains a secret, Polansky previously shared insights into their vision for the ceremony. Speaking with Rolling Stone in late 2025, he emphasized that they are leaning toward an intimate, understated affair rather than a massive spectacle.

“We aren’t looking for anything extravagant; we just want to truly experience the moment,” he explained. “In many ways, we already feel like a married couple, so the ceremony is more of a celebration of what we already have.”
