Konami Announces Launch Date for ‘Fox Hunt’ Online Mode in Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater

Fox Hunt is scheduled to launch on October 30, 2025. Alongside the announcement, over ten minutes of new gameplay were shown, highlighting how familiar stealth mechanics are given fresh life in a multiplayer context.

Fox Hunt is an asymmetrical, hide-and-seek–style confrontation inspired by the Sneaking mode from Metal Gear Online. Players must rely on camouflage, survival know-how, and tactical judgment to endure in duels and team skirmishes featuring up to 12 participants.

Combat takes place across three arenas, including a jungle map. Before each match, the system randomly selects a ruleset, injecting an added layer of unpredictability.

Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater is available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. The Fox Hunt mode will expand the title by introducing a full PvP experience infused with survival elements.
