Jimin is ushering in the new year with a high-fashion flourish as the face of Vogue Korea’s inaugural 2026 issue. The BTS sensation captivates in a series of striking covers, setting a sophisticated tone for the publication’s latest edition.
Showcasing pieces from Dior, Jimin anchors a visually rich, blue-toned aesthetic. In one iteration, he delivers a piercing gaze while posing with a blue lollipop; in another, he exudes a refined elegance, seated in a navy ensemble against a backdrop of vibrant, colorful blossoms.
The magazine celebrates the K-pop icon by labeling him “The Sound of Now.” In their social media reveal, the publication described his aura as a blend of “brilliant delicacy” and “dreamy, fairytale-like beauty,” emphasizing the cozy yet ethereal nature of the shoot.
This high-profile fashion moment coincides with a monumental period for BTS. Following the completion of their mandatory military service, the group is gearing up for a massive global comeback. On January 4, the band officially confirmed that their highly anticipated new album will be released on March 20, 2026.
Despite the group’s hiatus, Jimin has remained a dominant force in the music industry. His 2024 solo project, Muse, was a commercial and critical success, peaking at No. 2 on the Billboard 200. Beyond the charts, he recently entertained fans with the second season of his Disney+ travel series, Are You Sure?!, featuring bandmate Jung Kook.
