Introducing the Forza Feedback Portal

Introducing the Forza Feedback Portal

The Forza Community Team is dedicated to listening to your input. Following the 2021 launch of Forza Horizon 5, we streamlined our feedback processes through the dedicated Troubleshooting and Suggestions Hubs on the official Forza Forums. These platforms proved invaluable, offering transparency into community concerns and helping our development teams prioritize features based on player interest and upvote data.

With the arrival of Forza Horizon 6, we are excited to introduce the all-new Forza Feedback Portal. You can access it here: https://www.forza.net/feedback.

This portal serves as our central hub for submitting bug reports, proposing new ideas, and tracking existing topics. Using this portal is the most effective way to ensure your feedback reaches the appropriate teams. Starting today, the Forza Horizon 6 Suggestions section is live, with the Bug Reporting section opening alongside Early Access on May 15.

Please note: Accessing this new portal requires a quick registration for an Atlassian account. This account is independent of your Xbox Gamertag and can be created using any email address. For a seamless setup, please consult our Getting Started Guide.

While we have archived the data from the previous forums, we are resetting vote counts to zero to provide a fresh start as we transition to this new platform.

Submitting Suggestions

Whether you have ideas regarding car lists, track design, or gameplay mechanics, we want to hear them. We review these submissions regularly with the teams directly involved in those areas of development.

Once you navigate to the Forza Horizon 6 section, you will find categories for Cars and General Gameplay. Before submitting, please review the Getting Started Guide to ensure your feedback follows our guidelines:

  • Follow the Rules: All posts must adhere to the Forza Code of Conduct.
  • Focus: Submit one idea per topic—no lists—with a clear, descriptive title.
  • Search First: Avoid duplicates by searching for existing topics to upvote.
  • Be Organized: Post in the correct category to ensure developers see your request.

Upvoting is crucial. It helps our teams gauge the community’s priorities. Remember to keep comments constructive, respectful, and focused on adding context. If you disagree with an idea, it is best to skip it and create your own original suggestion.

Submitting Bug Reports

Beginning May 15, the Bug Reporting section will be active. To keep our reports actionable, we require specific details. When submitting, please provide:

  • Clear, reproducible steps that trigger the issue.
  • Your platform (selected via dropdown).
  • Confirmation of troubleshooting steps taken, such as device reboots or driver updates.
  • Relevant details like the car used, game mode, and the date/time the issue occurred.

Please note that personal account issues or game crashes should be directed to Forza Support for direct assistance. Enforcement appeals are also handled exclusively by Support and should not be posted to the Feedback Portal.

We appreciate your patience as we investigate and develop fixes. While not every issue can be resolved instantly, the portal allows us to track the prevalence of bugs, helping us prioritize our development roadmap.

Game development is an iterative, complex process, and while we cannot implement every suggestion immediately, we are committed to highlighting new features inspired by your feedback as they arrive in Forza Horizon 6. We look forward to building the future of Forza alongside this passionate community.
