Hell Let Loose Receives Major Update and New Smolensk Map

Even though Hell Let Loose: Vietnam has been officially announced, the original Hell Let Loose remains highly relevant. The developers have confirmed that the original project will continue to receive development and support alongside the new installment for several more years.

In the imminent major Update 19 the game will gain a new map — “Smolensk”. This urban battleground features tight alleys, numerous barricades, and confined combat zones. The map is expected to arrive before the end of the year.

Meanwhile, version 18 has already launched and includes a revamped “Stalingrad” — one of the shooter’s most striking maps. The team enhanced visual details, altered many sections, and reworked the balance so both sides of the conflict have fair opportunities.

The update also touches nearly the entire roster of armored vehicles. Tank top speed, handling, and stability have been adjusted. Surface type now affects maximum movement speed, making vehicle mechanics more realistic.

The full changelog is published via this link. The developers pledge to keep updating and supporting the game on par with Hell Let Loose: Vietnam.
