EA has launched a brief demonstration video for its next-gen Frostbite engine, exhibiting off its hair rendering capabilities.
While you’d assume a video exhibiting rendered hair can be boring, it’s not. The tech seems fairly spectacular, and the mannequin, nicely, she’s a sight for sore eyes.
Not actually. More just like the stuff of soar scares when she turns round (thanks, TSA). Just kidding.
The video under exhibits off dynamic adjustments of the hair melanin and smoothness, and a shade job to dye for (sorry, not sorry).
