GTA Online Without Prepayment for ‘Sony Fans’ Until Christmas
It is not uncommon for free weekends to occur on PlayStation after the release of a new DLC for GTA Online, allowing players to enjoy multiplayer games without a paid subscription. These events are not directly related, but they provide a great opportunity to explore “Online” without extra costs and check out the updates. This time, the free weekend happened before the release of Agents of Sabotage. However, PS4 and PS5 owners still have the chance to enjoy GTA Online. The developers have lifted the prepayment restrictions for two weeks. The multiplayer mode is now available to everyone until approximately noon on December 24. Yes, almost seven days are already gone, but there’s still as much time left. This is plenty of time not only to explore all the new features but also to play with friends and earn trophies.
Moreover, the home screen features a “PlayStation Plus Promotion” that essentially means nothing and simply leads to the page for purchasing a paid subscription. The prices there are the same as always.
