Revised Vehicle Resale Policy
To preserve the integrity of the game economy and deter exploitation via duplication glitches, Rockstar has implemented stricter regulations for personal vehicle sales:
- Sale Cap: The maximum value any vehicle can be sold for is now set at GTA$ 500,000.
- Modification Depreciation: The resale value of individual vehicle upgrades has been slashed from 50% to just 10%.
- Tiered Payout Structure:
- 1st Vehicle: 100% of resale value
- 2nd Vehicle: 50%
- 3rd Vehicle: 10%
- 4th Vehicle: 5%
- 5th+ Vehicles: 2.5%
- Cooldown Extension: The sale limit reset period has been extended from 18 hours to a full 7 days.
