The highly anticipated summer expansion for GTA Online is slated for a July release. While Rockstar Games has yet to cement a specific date, the update is widely projected to arrive on July 14th, coinciding with the conclusion of the current GTA+ membership cycle. As always, launch schedules remain subject to potential shifts, but the content will be available simultaneously across PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
Titled The Kortz Center Heist, this new mission set tasks players with infiltrating the upscale shopping and entertainment hub in Pacific Bluffs to pull off a high-stakes art heist. To orchestrate this operation, players will acquire a specialized Art Studio located within a luxury mansion. Serving as the primary command center, this property will allow teams of one to four players to conduct thorough reconnaissance before executing a multi-stage, cinematic robbery.
The map itself is set to undergo environmental changes to accommodate the heist, including structural modifications such as a new glass roof on one of the complex’s main buildings—a tactical entry point for daring infiltrators.
While official details remain sparse, the community is already buzzing with speculation. Some enthusiasts are questioning whether this DLC marks the final major content drop for GTA 5‘s multiplayer component. This curiosity has been fueled by the developer’s press release, titled “The Next Big Score,” which fans have drawn thematic parallels to—notably, “The Big Score,” the climactic final heist of the original single-player campaign.
