GTA IV Gets Experimental Android Port
A developer who goes by vaduur has released LibertyRecompAndroid, an unofficial Android port of GTA IV built on a recompiled version of the Xbox 360 game.
The mobile version has touch controls with on-screen buttons and supports external gamepads. According to the developer, the game typically runs at 30 FPS in 720p on a Retroid Pocket 5 with a Snapdragon 865 processor. In demanding scenes, the frame rate drops to 25-29 FPS. Performance should be higher on more powerful devices. However, the author has not yet finished the game and has not tested the add-ons.

The port requires Android 10 or newer, a Snapdragon 865 processor or better, and at least 8 GB of RAM. Installation also requires your own image of the Xbox 360 version of GTA IV with Title Update 8.
