GTA 6 Developers Sought Opinions from Content Creators for Roblox and Fortnite
It is reported that the developers of GTA 6 met with content creators for Roblox and Fortnite, two sandbox video games very popular among gamers of all ages. Rockstar Games is exploring the potential for creating a unique gaming experience for its audience. This information was provided by three insiders who wished to remain anonymous. Representatives of R* did not respond to requests for comment on this information.
This implies that Grand Theft Auto VI might become more like a game-platform, offering world modification capabilities currently provided by RolePlay servers for GTA 5. This, along with the desire to concentrate profits generated by RP activities, may explain the acquisition of Cfx.re. Such a move could also extend the life cycle of GTA 6 for many years.
